DAY SEVEN AT W.V.U.

Ok, I haven't written in here as much as I had originally intended but I am tonight because it's been so long and I have a few spare minutes to do this. School has been going pretty well so far as long as I can keep up with the work and try harder to make all my classes because I need to do well. I don't want to pump gas or flip burgers for the rest of my life. Today I had some time to ponder life and what I want to do with it but I am going to skip all the boring details and just say, I'm pretty happy with how things are going now, I got into a good college, I got good friends, and I got money saved up for the first time ever...I didn't just go spend it on stupid shit. Speaking of which, I spent 30 bucks on video games today...haha. And they're for a system that I don't even own, so that's fun. I'm really sad that there was no room for my guitar in the car, because I could be playing that right now instead of writing this but I have to keep you updated. Although that might just be my way of saying "I'm keeping myself reminded of what I do, because no one reads this thing." I need a hair cut really bad. I don't know when I can get one, but it will be soon....I also need to shave off this beard I have been growing because I don't want it anymore.

Now listening to - Taking Back Sunday - Bonus Mosh Part II (old version)

Tuesday, August 15, 2006

Ok, so for the third time today I am typing up this blog because I accidentally deleted it twice and it has started off a different way each time. Ummm, obviously I have been bored because I am making this blog...and it has been a long time since I've had a blog. I had one about 2 years ago on Xanga but that one got old as this one probably will eventually. Anyways...right now I am listening to the Podcast of the one and only Mark Hoppus (currently of (+44) and formerly of Blink-182). He's interviewing Justin Pierre (Motion City Soundtrack) and it is really funny hearing the two of them talk. It's funny that members of my favorite band (Blink-182) now hang out with two of my current favorite bands (just not together)...Tom DeLonge is quite chummy with Adam Lazarra (Taking Back Sunday) and Mark is buddies with the entire Motion City Soundtrack band (but Mark also just called Matt from MCS during the Podcast). I read in an interview today with Mark Hoppus about the Blink-182 break-up. It is entirely from his point-of-view so I am not sure how much of it is entirely true but it all sounds pretty correct. I intend on posting it in a blog on my Myspace page so check it out if you want (www.myspace.com/divine_enemy). The story really bummed me out because for those who know me, I am a diehard Blink fan and just hearing the story made me want to cry (but I don't want to be emo so I just read and sulked in my room alone....does that make me emo??). I'm going to stop talking about it before I get even more bummed out.

Today, me and my mommy went shopping for some shit for me for school. I will be there in 3 days and probably sitting there all bored with nothing to do so odds are I'll be on here writing up another blog. I am definitely excited to go back because it is a different environment, change of scenery and I get to see some friends...but I am also sad to be leaving here because I have to leave my friends here. It's going to be sad but I will be back soon because I'm making an appearance back in my hometown for my 21st birthday. But anyways...my day of shopping. I got some rad shit (shirts, shorts, shoes, sunglasses, a hat, a new belt buckle and some D.V.D.'s). So the new D.V.D.'s to add to my collection are The 40 Year Old Virgin, High Fidelity, V For Vendetta, Crash, and Jackass...plus I got a Silverstein C.D. (and shirt). I'm sure there will be more exciting clothes shopping tomorrow, followed by some fun packing for school.

No more fun stuff now...I want to have my own Podcast but I wonder if anyone will actually listen to it...I'm wondering now if anyone is going to read this...if you did read this, then I hope you enjoyed and continued to read it.
